We provide 3D rendering, modeling, and visualization services for clients worldwide.
Project scope, deliverables, and timelines are agreed upon before work begins.

2. Payments

• Payments are processed securely via Stripe.

• Currency: USD (or as agreed in project quote).

• Projects typically begin after initial payment. Remaining balances are due upon delivery of previews or final files.

• Invoice or receipt will be provided upon request. Clients are responsible for any applicable taxes.

3. Workflow & Project Management

1. Initial inquiry and project discussion

2. Submission of references, sketches, or plans

3. Agreement on project scope, timeline, and pricing

4. Payment (full or partial)

5. Delivery of previews and final files

Significant changes after work begins may require additional fees.

4. Revisions

• Minor revisions are included unless otherwise agreed

• Major revisions or redesigns may incur extra fees

• Revision requests should be submitted within the agreed project timeline

5. Refund Policy

Due to the custom nature of digital 3D work:

• Full Refund: if work has not started or we cannot complete the project

• Partial Refund: if work has started but is incomplete

• No Refund: for completed stages or final files delivered

6. Ownership & Copyright

Clients receive usage rights for delivered files.
We retain the right to display the work in our portfolio unless confidentiality is requested.

7. Outsourcing & Partner Studios

We may collaborate with trusted partner studios to meet deadlines
or provide specialized expertise. All partners comply with our
quality standards.

Partner involvement is limited to project-related activities only,
and personal data is used solely for the purpose of delivering
the requested services.

8. Disclaimer / Website Use

Information on our website is for general purposes only.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free content.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from website use or project delivery.
